Account Deletion – Alyssis

If you no longer wish to use Alyssis, you can request deletion of your account and

associated personal data here. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.

Tasks, routines, trips, journals, and uploaded memories
Subscription metadata we control (we cannot delete store-billing records held by Apple/Google)

You can delete your Alyssis account directly from the app at any time. Here’s how:

1. Open the Alyssis app on your device.

2. Log in to your account (if you’re not already logged in).

3. Go to Profile and Settings.

4. Tap Delete Account at the bottom of the screen.

5. A confirmation message will appear. Confirm that you want to permanently delete

your account.

6. Once confirmed, your account and personal data will be queued for deletion. This

process is permanent and cannot be undone.

Cancel any active subscription in your device settings (Apple or Google).

Account deletion does not cancel store billing automatically.
